Nissan GT-R R35
Today, I shall talk about only one thing...
The NISSAN GT-R R35~!!
A Supercar that has been hailed to be the "Baby Veyron"
This car is currently my FAVOURITE and I am absolutely in love with it.
Its got a 480bhp, 3.8L twin turbo-charged V6 engine and has a top speed of approximately 190 mph (310 km/h)~
0-60 mph (97 km/h) in 3.5 seconds~
Wow. =O
Together with a rear mounted 6-speed dual clutch semi-automatic transmission, used in conjunction with the ATTESA E-TS system to provide power to all four wheels and along with Nissan's Vehicle Dynamics Control (VDC-R), aids in handling and stability.
In addition, three shift modes can also be selected for various conditions (snow, wet roads etc)
In the words of Jeremy Clarkson (Top Gear):
".. I think they put a million horsepower in this one 'coz the acceleration is just blistering.. its just.. savage! God, face-ripping!"
That's exactly that.
Each engine of the GT-R is hand built, thus the actual total brake-horsepower (bhp) it generates varies from car to car. But on average, it has been found to be approximately 480 bhp.. which is bloody damn gD~! =D~~
Another fantabulous feature of the GT-R is that it can corner so well and so sharply.. you have almost absolute and total control of the vehicle.
Its handling is absolutely stunning.
The Price?
53,000 pounds..
S$280,000..

But to be realistic.. it is considered fairly cheap when you compare it to other supercars such as Porsche, Ferrari, Lamborghini, Aston Martins, Merc, BMW.. the lot.
For example, a Porsche costs about half a million.. the GT-R S$280,000.. But the GT-R is faster and more powerful! How about that for value! =D
Furthermore, Porsches etc are all "common" superbrands.. so people will be like.. *wow* and then.. "Aiya.. another Porsche.."
But towards the GT-R they will be.. "HOLY $*#@^#! A GT-R R35~!! WhoO-hoO!!"

Nissan has truly created a car that is not only fast (and faster than many supercars) but also comfortable and excellent for everyday use.
